Send SMS from HubSpot Workflows — Mobile Message Now Integrates with HubSpot CRM

 


We're excited to announce that Mobile Message now integrates directly with HubSpot CRM — making it easy to send SMS to your HubSpot contacts, straight from your workflows.

If you're already using HubSpot to manage your contacts and automate your marketing, sales, or service processes, you can now add SMS as a channel without leaving the tools you already know. No Zapier. No workarounds. Just a native connection between HubSpot and Mobile Message.

What can you do with it?

Once you connect your HubSpot account (it takes about 30 seconds), here's what opens up:

Your contacts sync automatically. Every HubSpot contact with a valid Australian mobile number is imported into Mobile Message. When someone is added, updated, or deleted in HubSpot, the change flows through to Mobile Message in real time — typically within seconds.

Send SMS from any HubSpot workflow. This is the big one. You can drop a "Send SMS via Mobile Message" action into any HubSpot workflow — contact, company, deal, or ticket. Use HubSpot's personalisation tokens to tailor each message, choose your sender ID, and let the workflow do the rest.

Think welcome messages when a new contact is created. Appointment reminders triggered from deal stages. Payment confirmations from ticket workflows. Re-engagement SMS for contacts who've gone quiet on email. If you can build the workflow in HubSpot, you can now add SMS to it.

SMS activity logs back to HubSpot. Every SMS sent or received shows up on the contact's HubSpot timeline. Your whole team gets visibility into SMS conversations without switching tools.

Sync your HubSpot lists. Pick which HubSpot lists — including active lists that update dynamically — you want to sync to Mobile Message. Then send targeted bulk SMS to those lists whenever you need to.

Works with every HubSpot plan

Whether you're on HubSpot Free, Starter, Professional, or Enterprise, the integration works the same. There's no extra charge for connecting — you just pay standard Mobile Message rates for the SMS you send, from 2c per message.

If you've already got a Mobile Message account, head to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard, click HubSpot, and follow the prompts. You'll be sending SMS from your first workflow in minutes.
