How it works
Once you connect your Planning Center account (it takes less than a minute), Mobile Message automatically imports everyone who has an Australian mobile number. From there, changes sync in real time — new people, updated details, and removals all flow through automatically. Planning Center stays your source of truth, and Mobile Message stays in sync.
Sync your lists and groups. This is where it gets really useful. You can pick exactly which Planning Center lists and groups to sync — things like your youth group, Sunday volunteers, worship team, or small groups. Each one becomes a contact list in Mobile Message, and membership stays in sync as people are added or removed in Planning Center.
Send targeted messages. Once your lists are synced, sending is straightforward. Pick a list, write your message, personalise it with first names if you like, and hit send. You can also schedule messages ahead of time — handy for service reminders or event follow-ups.
Replies log back to Planning Center. When someone replies to your SMS, Mobile Message can automatically add their response as a note on their Planning Center profile. Your staff and volunteers get full visibility without leaving the tools they already use.
What does it cost?
The integration itself is free — there's no extra charge for connecting Planning Center. You just pay for the SMS you send at standard Mobile Message rates, starting from 2c per message.

Already have a Mobile Message account? Head to Settings > Integrations, click Planning Center, and follow the prompts. Your contacts will start syncing immediately.
